 Christine Anu (born 15 March 1970) is an Australian pop singer.Anu was born in Cairns, Queensland to Torres Strait Islander indigenous parents from Saibai and Mabuiag Islands.
Anu began performing as a dancer and later went on to sing back-up vocals for The Rainmakers, which included Neil Murray of the Warumpi Band. Her first recording was in 1993 with "Last Train", dance remake of a Paul Kelly song. The follow-up, "Monkey and the Turtle", was based on a traditional story. After "My Island Home", she released her first album, Stylin' Up which went platinum. This single is from the album "Come My Way" the single didn't chart very high only #86.

Something for Kate is a rock band from Melbourne, Australia. Members include songwriter, vocalist and guitarist Paul Dempsey, drummer Clint Hyndman and bassist Stephanie Ashworth. The group was founded in 1994, with Julian Carroll as the original bass player. In 2001 their third album, Echolalia was nominated for six ARIA Awards and went on to double platinum sales. Monsters is the first single from that album it reached #15 on the Charts and had a stay of 4 weeks. The last track is the only one to appear on the album Echolalia the other 4 tracks being non-album tracks.
